Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any digital service, system, or platform operated by or on behalf of the Principality of Kaharagia, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

These Terms apply as a baseline across all Kaharagian digital services. Where a service publishes its own terms, such as the K-Connect Terms of Service or the ePortal Terms of Service, those service-specific terms govern that service, and these Terms of Use apply only to the extent not addressed by them.

Any use of Kaharagian systems constitutes your agreement that the laws of the Principality of Kaharagia, and the arbitration procedures of the Principality of Kaharagia, govern that use and any dispute arising from it. This applies to all users, in all jurisdictions, without exception.

If you do not agree to these terms, you should discontinue use of Kaharagian digital services.

Participation in Kaharagian digital services is entirely voluntary. No obligation exists to access or use these services.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use, and any matter arising from or relating to your access to or use of Kaharagian digital services, are governed exclusively by the laws of the Principality of Kaharagia. By accessing these services, you acknowledge the primacy of Kaharagian law in all matters concerning the governance, operation, and interpretation of these services.

The Principality of Kaharagia does not claim to replace, supersede, or override the legal authority of any external state over its own nationals or territory. Users remain subject to the laws of their own jurisdictions in their personal capacity.

Arbitration and Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use, or to your access to or use of Kaharagian digital services, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration conducted under the procedural rules and substantive law of the Principality of Kaharagia.

The seat of arbitration shall be the Principality of Kaharagia. The language of arbitration shall be English. Arbitral awards rendered in accordance with this clause are final and binding on the parties.

Enforcement Across Jurisdictions

Where an external jurisdiction is implicated solely by reason of:

  • The physical location of hosting infrastructure
  • The operations of infrastructure providers
  • The location of a user
  • The practical necessity of an enforcement action

the Principality of Kaharagia may seek interim or enforcement relief from courts of competent jurisdiction in England and Wales, or such other jurisdiction as the Principality may determine appropriate, strictly for the limited purpose of giving effect to its rights or to an arbitral award. This procedural fallback does not displace Kaharagian law as the governing law of these terms or of any dispute arising under them.

This arrangement reflects practical reality and is stated as institutional policy, not as legal threat or adversarial posturing.

Permitted Use

Kaharagian digital services are provided for lawful purposes. You may:

  • Access publicly available content for personal, educational, or research purposes

Misrepresentation of Documents and Titles

It is strictly prohibited to:

  • Create, distribute, or display forged or altered documents purporting to originate from the Principality of Kaharagia

  • Misrepresent the nature or authority of Kaharagian documents or statements
  • Use Kaharagian symbols, seals, or official marks without authorisation

Such conduct may constitute offences under Kaharagian law and may be referred for appropriate action.

Intellectual Property and Reuse

Reproduction of policy documents and other Crown Copyright material is governed by the Crown Copyright policy, which sets out the conditions for permitted use, the rules on commercial reproduction, and the categories of restricted material (including official seals, arms, and royal symbols). Permission to reuse images, arms, flags, badges, or seals must be obtained from the Royal Chancellery.

The Principality reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability

  • Direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities

  • Investigate suspected violations of these terms
  • Block or restrict access to services for users who violate these terms
  • Take appropriate legal action against serious violations

Enforcement actions will be proportionate to the nature of the violation.

Kaharagian services may contain links to external websites or services not operated by the Principality of Kaharagia. Such links are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement.

The Principality of Kaharagia has no control over and accepts no responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party sites.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
