The policies of the State are published at legal.kaharagia.org.
They were previously published here. They are now published once, by the State, so that every official service links to the same copies and they cannot drift apart. Every old address on this site redirects to its new home, so existing links, bookmarks and printed references continue to work.

Service Notices
Some services do something the general policies do not describe: they take identity documents, they authenticate a person, they publish a name permanently, or they take payment. Those services publish a supplementary notice, which is read together with the general policies and does not replace them.

Káhareži Fondazár
Káhareži Fondazár is a separate legal person from the State of the Kaharagians, a public charity constituted under the law of Michigan, in the United States. It is not an Organ of State, and the policies of the State do not govern it. Its own notices remain here.
