Main Site Terms of Service
Definitions and Interpretation
In these Terms of Service, unless the context otherwise requires:
- "Main Site" or "the Site" means the official homepage of the Principality of Kaharagia at kaharagia.org and www.kaharagia.org, including all subpages, sections, and channels published thereon, but excluding service-specific subdomains which are governed by their own terms.
- "Kaharagia" or "the State" means the Principality of Kaharagia, its sovereign institutions, and competent authorities acting under lawful mandate.
- "User" means any natural or legal person who accesses or uses the Site.
- "Royal Kaharagian Gazette" means the official publication of record for Kaharagian law, decrees, and regulatory instruments.
- "Terms" means these Terms of Service, as amended from time to time.
Identity and Nature of the Site
The Main Site is the official homepage of the Principality of Kaharagia. It exists to publish information about the Principality, its institutions, and its activities; to host content sections relating to State programmes (such as Lifeblood Kaharagia); to provide reference material and search; and to receive enquiries through a public contact channel.
The Site is informational in nature and is not, in itself, a transactional or administrative service. Where the Site references other Kaharagian services, those services are governed by their own terms and notices.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you should discontinue use of the Site.
Governing Law, Sovereignty, and Jurisdiction
Applicable Law
These Terms, the Site, and all matters arising from or relating to their interpretation, application, or use are governed exclusively and in all respects by the laws of the Principality of Kaharagia.
No foreign law, legal principle, or regulatory framework applies to these Terms or the Site unless expressly and formally incorporated into Kaharagian law by competent sovereign authority.
Technical Hosting and Foreign Legal Assertions
The Site is technically hosted on infrastructure located in the Federal Republic of Germany, and the associated domain name is registered through a registrar situated in the Federal Republic of Germany. These technical and administrative arrangements:
- Do not constitute consent, submission, or subjection to German, European Union, or any other foreign jurisdiction;
- Do not create, confer, or imply any enforceable rights, claims, or causes of action under foreign law;
- Do not alter, diminish, or qualify the sovereign legal order of Kaharagia or its exclusive jurisdiction over the Site.
Permitted Use and Prohibited Conduct
Permitted Use
The Site may be used for the lawful purposes of reading published content, sharing links to that content with appropriate attribution, quoting reasonable portions for personal, educational, or research purposes, and submitting enquiries through the official contact channel.
Prohibited Conduct
Users shall not, whether directly, indirectly, or through any agent, device, or automated means:
- Submit fraudulent, malicious, defamatory, or unlawful content through the contact channel;
- Impersonate any official, institution, or office of the Principality of Kaharagia;
- Attempt unauthorised access to any non-public part of the Site or its underlying systems;
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site;
- Use automated systems to scrape, harvest, or extract content at scale without authorisation;
- Use the Site to harass, intimidate, or otherwise harm any person;
- Use the Site for any purpose unlawful under Kaharagian law or the law of the User's jurisdiction.
Authoritative Status of Content
Content published on the Site is informational. Where a matter has legal effect under Kaharagian law, the authoritative source is the relevant instrument as published in the Royal Kaharagian Gazette, not its summary, restatement, or reproduction on the Site.
In the event of discrepancy between the Site and a Gazette publication, the Gazette prevails.
Intellectual Property and Reuse
Content on the Site is, unless otherwise indicated, Crown Copyright. Reproduction is governed by the Crown Copyright policy. Permission to reuse images, arms, flags, badges, or seals must be obtained from the Royal Chancellery.
Service Availability
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The State does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation and reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Kaharagian law, the State shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for damages arising from reliance on Site content for any specific legal or commercial purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud or for any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Third-Party Links
The Site may link to external websites not operated by the Principality of Kaharagia. Such links are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement. The State accepts no responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party sites.
Data Protection and Privacy
The processing of personal data through the Site is governed by Kaharagian data protection law and by the Main Site Privacy Notice.
Suspension of Access
The State reserves the right to block or restrict access to the Site for Users engaged in conduct prohibited by these Terms, by means including but not limited to rate limiting and IP blocking.
Institutional Authority and Non-Waiver
Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to limit, constrain, or fetter the sovereign authority of the Principality of Kaharagia. The failure or delay by the State to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver.

Amendment and Revision
These Terms may be revised at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to the Site. Continued use following publication constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
