Using the ePortal

The Kaharagian ePortal is the digital front door of the Principality. This section of the help site is the practical guide to using it, what each part does, how to complete each task, and what to do when something goes wrong.

If you are completely new to Kaharagian services, start with Getting Started. If you already have a K-Connect account and want to use a specific feature, jump to the relevant page below.

Your account, profile, and security

  • Your dashboard: what you'll see when you log in, and how to find what you need
  • Your profile: manage your photo, signature, and contact details
  • Account security: second-factor authentication, sessions, password changes
  • Your inbox: read and reply to messages from the State
  • Your documents: view and download documents the State has issued to you
  • Activity log: a record of everything you've done in the ePortal

Apply, petition, register

What the ePortal is, and isn't

The ePortal is the channel through which you transact with the State as a verified person. Submitting an application through the ePortal is, in effect, submitting it to the relevant Kaharagian institution.

The ePortal does not, by the act of submission alone:

  • Make substantive decisions on its own
  • Confer status, rights, or recognition
  • Replace your status under the law of any other country

For the full legal terms governing use of the ePortal, see the ePortal Terms of Service and ePortal Privacy Notice.
