Travel registration

The Travel Registration service records an upcoming trip with the Secretariat of State so the State can contact the traveller or support them in an emergency.

The current page requires a K-Connect sign-in. It does not separately enforce national status or identity verification before showing the form.

What the form asks for

• departure and return dates
• purpose of travel
• one or more destination countries, with optional city and accommodation details
• one or more emergency contacts, each with an email address or phone number
• optional additional information

Drafts save while you work. On successful submission, the ePortal displays a State-issued reference and confirms that the trip is on file with the Secretariat of State.

The ePortal also has a Confirm Your Return page for a return token issued for a travel record. Use the live form or a message from the State for the token and instructions.
