Your profile
The Profile page displays the personal record linked to your K-Connect account. A profile is available when the account is linked to a person in the State register.
What is shown
The page can show your registered names, birth details, national identifier, status, contact details, address, photograph already on file, spouse, and children. What appears depends on the information held for your record.
What you can change
The current editor directly updates:
- email address
- phone number
- address lines, town or city, region, and postal code
- country of residence
The present profile page does not provide a working photo or signature upload. Names and dates of birth are not ordinary editable contact fields; the page directs users to the relevant vital-event process or the inbox where a correction needs administrative handling.
Use Family to view and manage the family-record features currently available. Changes made from the ePortal can appear under Activity.
If the account is linked to the wrong person or a field cannot be corrected using the provided form, open a ticket in Inbox.
