Using the ePortal

The National ePortal is the gateway to state services of the Principality. This article covers creating an account, identity verification, and getting around the dashboard.

  1. Visit eportal.kaharagia.org and choose Create an Account.
  2. Enter your personal details — name, email, and contact information.
  3. Provide your mailing address.
  4. Choose a secure password.
  5. Review and submit. You’ll receive a verification email.

Some services require identity verification through Kaharagia Connect. You’ll be asked to photograph a government-issued ID (passport, driving licence, or national ID) and take a brief selfie. The state stores only the fact that you’ve been verified — not the images themselves.

See the dedicated verification surface for what to expect and tips for a successful first try.

Once signed in, your dashboard is your home for state services. It shows:

  • Recent activity — submissions, decisions, and messages, newest first.
  • Available services — grouped by audience (different views for nationals and foreign residents).
  • Notifications — anything that needs your attention.

Use the session indicator in the top-right of the header to see how long until your session expires, or to sign out from any page.

The ePortal gives you three complementary surfaces for what’s happening on your record:

ViewTime horizonWhat it shows
Your RequestsNow → recentlyPending and decided submissions, with status pills and decision reasons
ActivityFull historyChronological timeline of every event, grouped by month
DocumentsEnduringCredentials issued to you — nationality, ID cards, honours summary

Email support@state.kaharagia.org for any issues you can’t resolve from this article. The Office of Digital Government replies within one business day.

For account-specific questions (sessions, MFA, password), see Account Settings on the ePortal.
