About Kaharagia
Section titled “About Kaharagia”The Principality of Kaharagia is a digital state — sovereign in its own affairs, organised as a constitutional monarchy, and conducted entirely through digital institutions. This section explains what Kaharagia is, who is who, and where to find the official record.
In this section
Section titled “In this section”- Governance — The Crown, the Royal Court, and the Offices of State.
- The Royal Gazette — How acts of state are promulgated and where to read them.
- Legal Codes (KaháLex) — The Principality’s statutes and how they’re organised.
Key principles
Section titled “Key principles”- Digital by default. Every public function of the State is delivered online, accessibly, and without paper unless a paper artefact is itself the deliverable (an identity card, for example).
- Open record. Acts of state, the Honours List, and major decisions are published in the Royal Kaharagian Gazette. The legal codes are open-access at KaháLex.
- Free at the point of use. No service offered through the State’s portals carries a fee. Where a state document has a state fee (for example, an identity card), it is published on the relevant page and applies without exception.
