Our services

A guide to what you can do through the ePortal. For a full directory with eligibility, fees, and timelines, visit eportal.kaharagia.org/services.

Foreign nationals can petition for Kaharagian nationality through a nine-step form. The process is free and decisions are typically issued within four to six weeks.

See Becoming Kaharagian for the full picture.

Kaharagian nationals can apply for or renew a National Identity Card. Cards are produced after Sovereign approval and dispatched by post; you receive a notification when production begins and again when the card ships.

Active and previous cards (with their numbers and expiry dates) are visible on Your Documents.

Register a birth, adoption, marriage, divorce, or death on the Register of Kaharagian Nationals. Drafts save automatically as you complete the form.

The Office of Nationality & Naturalisation reviews submissions and updates the registry; you receive an email when a decision is recorded.

Register international travel with the Office of Diplomatic & Consular Services. You’ll be reachable for consular advisories and emergency contact in case of crisis abroad.

The Royal Kaharagian Honours recognise outstanding service. Honours conferred upon you appear on your ePortal honours page with insignia and full citation. See the Honours section for nominating, what happens after conferral, and how the system works.

Submit a new official photograph for your record from your profile. Photographs must be ICAO 9303 compliant — plain neutral background, face fully visible, no filters.

Contact a state office through the ePortal. Replies appear in your inbox and are also sent by email. The Office of Digital Government replies within one business day.

For a full directory of office mailboxes, see Get in touch.

Anyone — national or not — can verify a Kaharagian document at the public verification portal. See Document verification for what receiving institutions can confirm.

Justice and legal-affairs services (court records, legal petitions) are in development and will be added to the portal as they come online. The Legal Codes (KaháLex) site is the current source of truth for the State’s statutes.
