Services overview
A short tour of the public-facing services of the Principality, what each one does, and who they are for.
The administrative front door
ePortal (eportal.kaharagia.org)
The administrative portal for transacting with the State. Apply for documents, manage your civil-status records, access State programmes, and receive official communications. Requires a K-Connect account and, for most substantive matters, verified identity.
K-Connect (connect.kaharagia.org)
The single sign-on used across Kaharagian services. Manage your account, password, second factors, and recovery codes here. You will normally only visit K-Connect to manage your account; you log in through whichever service you actually want to use.
Public reference and lookup
Royal Kaharagian Gazette (gazette.kaharagia.org)
The official publication of record. Decrees, regulations, proclamations, conferral of honours, vital records notices, and other matters that take legal effect on publication. The Gazette is the authoritative source for the text of any Kaharagian instrument.
KahaLex (kahalex.kaharagia.org)
A reference and study aid for the laws of Kaharagia. Searchable, indexed, and convenient, but not authoritative. The Gazette prevails in any discrepancy. KahaLex is for reading and study; cite the Gazette for legal purposes.
Honours (honours.kaharagia.org)
The public registries of orders, decorations, and medals conferred by the Crown, plus the channel for submitting nominations and the tokenised response surface for nominees and recipients. Browsing is anonymous; nomination submissions are open to the public; recipient correspondence uses personal tokens.
Verification (verify.kaharagia.org)
The public lookup tool for confirming the authenticity of Kaharagian-issued documents, credentials, and animal registrations. Anonymous use; no account needed. Designed to verify the record without identifying the holder. Includes a tokenised contact channel that lets you message the record holder without learning their identity.
Global Factbook (countries.kaharagia.org)
The Principality's reference compendium of states and territories, including its diplomatic-recognition position and reference data such as flags and codes. Read-only.
Design System (design.kaharagia.org)
The visual identity, design tokens, components, and conventions used across Kaharagian digital services. Most material is open for reuse; royal symbols (arms, flags, badges, seals) are restricted and require permission from the Royal Chancellery.
Commerce
Shop (shop.kaharagia.org)
The official outlet for state-related items: ceremonial goods, regalia accessories, publications, and other authorised merchandise. Payments are processed by Stripe. International shipping is supported, with customs and duties the responsibility of the recipient.
The State's homepage
kaharagia.org
The official homepage of the Principality. Statements, decrees, contact, search, and overviews of state programmes (such as Lifeblood Kaharagia at /lifeblood). Anonymous browsing; a public contact channel.
State programmes within the ePortal
Some State programmes are accessible through the ePortal rather than as standalone services. The most prominent:
Lifeblood Kaharagia
The blood-donation recognition programme. Donors register their donations and become eligible for the Medal of Merit for Blood Donations (Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Grand classes). Reached at eportal.kaharagia.org/lifeblood, with a redirect from the legacy lifeblood.kaharagia.org address.
Cultural and educational outreach
Káhareži Fondazár (fondazar.org)
A separate legal entity from the Principality: Káhareži Fondazár (legal name KAHARAZI VONDACIJA) is a Michigan 501(c)(3) public charity (EIN 88-2274879) that supports Kaharagian culture, language, and education. Donations to the Foundation are processed by Stripe and are tax-deductible under US law. The Foundation also operates the Fiscal Hosting service at fiscalhosting.fondazar.org for projects that align with its charitable mission.
A note on internal services
Many of the systems used inside Kaharagian institutions are not directly accessible to the public and are not listed here. These include the central records database, the administrative panels, the team-messaging service, the case-and-order system, the workstation operating system (KOTS), and others. The public surfaces above are the ways you interact with the State as a member of the public.
For a concise listing of every public site with its URL, see the Kaharagian Websites directory.
