Your first ePortal sign-in
The ePortal is the State's online service portal. It uses K-Connect rather than a separate ePortal password.
- Go to eportal.kaharagia.org.
- Choose Sign in with K-Connect.
- Sign in and complete your authenticator-code prompt if you have enabled one.
- K-Connect returns you to the ePortal.
The dashboard is at the site root, not at /dashboard. It shows the information and actions relevant to the record linked to your account. Depending on that record, it can include identity details, record-completion prompts, requests in progress, recent messages, and service links.
Useful first steps
- Check that the record linked to your account is yours.
- Review or complete your details under Profile.
- Open Services to see what your present status makes available.
- Use Inbox to read messages or open a support ticket.
- Visit Account to manage K-Connect security and sessions.
Not every service requires identity verification. The nationality petition, travel registration, inbox, and other signed-in services have their own eligibility rules. Identity verification is currently for Kaharagian nationals and is required before applying for a National Identity Card.
Choose Sign out from the account menu when finished. You can revoke other active sessions from K-Connect.
If sign-in returns you to the wrong page or loops, clear cookies for both connect.kaharagia.org and eportal.kaharagia.org, then try again. See Troubleshooting for more help.
