ePortal eligibility at a glance

• Any signed-in user: nationality petition, travel-registration page, inbox and support tickets, requests, account areas, and any other page whose live route does not apply a status gate.
• Kaharagian nationals: vital records and identity verification.
• Verified Kaharagian nationals: National Identity Card application.
• Record-dependent: documents, family, honours, certified copies, and programme information depend on what is linked to the signed-in person.

Lifeblood requires acceptance of its current terms. Animal Registry administration and public animal lookup are not currently live.
