General Register Office
The registrar function named by the ePortal in connection with civil records and certified documents.

Honours Chancellery
The organ that administers the national honours system.

K-Connect
The account and sign-in service used by the ePortal and supported State websites.

KahaLex
The State's search and reading interface for Kaharagian legal material. Check the Gazette for the official published instrument.

National
A person recorded by the State as holding Kaharagian nationality. Creating a K-Connect account does not make someone a national.

OSM
The Most Illustrious Order of Saint Michael.

OKE
The Royal Order of the Kaharagian Eagle.

Royal Kaharagian Gazette
The official journal publishing the records and instruments of the State.

Secretariat of State
The principal executive organ, organised into Governance, Foreign Affairs, and Development Sections.

Sovereign
The Prince of Kaharagia and final constitutional authority for matters reserved to the Crown, including grants of nationality and honours.

Verification service
The public lookup at verify.kaharagia.org for supported Kaharagian documents.

Veritas
The State records platform used behind several services. It is not a public website.
